Jess Thorning
Associate Designer
Jess loves studying the relationship between plants and people, learning to create unique and purposeful landscape compositions. As an Associate Designer, Jess contributes creative and technical content to the development of our projects.
Jess received both her Bachelor and Master degrees in Landscape Architecture from Rutgers University. In her five years at Rutgers, Jess participated in studio work and research both on campus and abroad, including China and Germany. Jess also received two ASLA merit awards as a student.
Jess spends her free time hanging out with family and especially enjoys visiting gardens. She also loves knitting and taking walks on the Schuykill Trail. Jess lives near Philly with her cat, Blicky.
